Set on a hillside with magnificent views overlooking south Nottinghamshire, Rushcliffe Golf Club (formed in 1909) boasts 18 uniquely individual golf holes and links the traditions of an old established club with an understanding of today’s expectations.

Rushcliffe is looking for an ambitious driven individual with expertise in marketing to become an integral member of our management team.  We are looking for you to make a positive impact on the day to day operation and future development of the club, to deliver membership growth, implement smarter working practices and procedures whilst upholding the traditions and values of this established members golf club.

This is a challenging role and you will need to be self-confident, energetic and resilient and have a passion for delivering an exceptional member and visitor experience. You will be a versatile all-rounder as you will have responsibility for all aspects of the golf club’s administration encompassing, management of office and clubhouse staff, payroll, club accounts, compliance, golf competitions and event administration.

Excellent communication, organisational and information technology skills are essential for this hands-on role and experience of using digital application is required e.g. social media and web content management. A creative and commercial mindset is needed to generate membership growth in a highly competitive market place.
