Golf is one of the world’s most popular recreational activities, a sport played for relaxation and enjoyment. Moreover, it’s as joyful as playing with a welcome bonus at National Casino or watching spectacular football matches. On the golf course, you can meet people of all sexes and ages, all heights and weights, and of course, all professions. Actors, musicians, athletes and other celebrities are no exception. Who of the stars of world level can be found with a golf club in his hand?

Adam Levine

Golf, by his own admission, did not immediately win the musician’s heart. But at some point, looking at his friends who were into golf, he thought that maybe he was missing something in this life.

Justin Bieber

If Rolling Stone magazine is to be believed, it was his passion for golf that launched the young girls’ idol’s music career. A round at a local golf club cost 20 dollars, there was not enough money, and then Justin took a guitar and sat down on the steps of the local theater.

Justin Timberlake

For Justin, golf is more than just a hobby. He regularly participates in competitions and works with legendary coach Butch Harmon. For several years Timberlake was the official face of one of the PGA Tour tournaments in Las Vegas. He also initiated and financially supported the renovation of a municipal golf course in his native Memphis. He admitted that golf was his sanctuary.

Andy Roddick

The retired tennis star can boast of having taken part in the Masters. In 2011, he was caddied by Zach Johnson at the par-3 tournament leading up to the main event. Roddick even managed to hit a shot himself – but the ball ended up in a lake.

Mark Wahlberg

The two-time Oscar nominee has an undeniable talent as a golfer. If he wasn’t so in-demand in his primary profession and could practice more, his handicap would have long ago equaled zero, says coach Jim Flick.

Matthew McConaughey

Off-screen, the actor prefers to be photographed in two ways – either shirtless or wearing a shirt but on the golf course. In August 2016, he could be seen among the not too numerous spectators of the Olympic tournament in Rio. Few people know that Matthew’s first job was at a golf club. His duties included preparing 77 bunkers of the course for play. McConaughey assures that it was golf that taught him to appreciate and respect the work of others.

Bill Murray

It may not be too fair, but in golf circles Murray will forever be the ridiculous assistant greenkeeper from the movie Caddyshack. That doesn’t bother him one bit, though. Murray regularly takes part in AT&T Pro-Am tournaments, and his handicap is in the single digits.
