Jon Rahm

Rahm is a professional golfer in Spain; he is one of the best golfers that held a record for about 60 weeks in his career. He was also the number one player in World Amateur Golf Rankings. After that, he became number one in Official World Golf Ranking after winning the memorial tournament in July 2020, followed by winning the U.S open.

 Jon Rahm can play with the top players well because of his experience during his career, where he held his title for 60 weeks. Jon Rahm has a lot of achievements holding the title of the best PGA player of the year (2020-2021), the Vardon Trophy (2020-2021), and the Byron Nelson Award (2020-2021), giving him the second spot to be the favourite to win in the upcoming open championship.

Scottie Scheffler

The next golfer is Scottie Scheffler, who came from the land of New Jersey. He was considered one of the top golf players at an early age. When he was three years of age, in 2016, Scottie qualified for the US open, allowing him to play in pro leagues. In addition, Scottie is one of the two amateurs qualifying for the 2017 US Open.

Justin Thomas

Justin is one of the best golfers from the United States and the former 2017 number 1 golfer. Thomas started his career at the University of Alabama, where he placed first in all six events in a crimson tide. He also won the Haskins Award as the most outstanding collegiate golfer in his first year. After continuing his golf journey, Justin joined the national championship team in 2013.

 Justin Thomas never played the least of expectations from the viewers because not only did he join his National championship team at an early age, but also throughout his career, he won 2 major victories, including the FedEx Cup Championship and Players Championship.

 In addition, he also acquired the PGA Tour Player of the year award. With Justin Thomas’s exceptional skills, he is the current 4th favourite golfer in the upcoming Open Championship 2022.

Collin Morikawa

Last but never the least is Collin Moriwaka, an American professional golfer that started his career playing his collegiate time, winning five times, including the 2019 PAC-12 conference championship in May 2018. Collin became top-ranked golfer in the World Amateur Golf Ranking for three weeks, and as he continued his golf career, collin achieved 22 consecutive cuts on his PGA Tour Career.

 Collin Morikawa does not fail the people’s expectations since he achieved many major tournament placements. Like Winning the PGA championship and Open championship both in 2020 and 2021. But during the 2022 Genesis Invitational, Collin finished in a tie for second place against Joaquin Nieman. With his fantastic skillset and notable swings on the field, he’s one of the top golfers expected to perform and win in the tournament.
